I found Winyah Indigo Society Hall through a search on The Knot. We live in Charleston, SC which is about an hour drive but when I went to visit the hall and met with Suzanne I couldn’t imagine our wedding anywhere else. Suzanne was a big help and even let me text her questions whenever I had them, she also helped us locate a place to stay for the weekend. The ceremony itself was perfect and our theme worked so well with the many rooms available. The Ballroom upstairs was a perfect place for the reception. I love that they allow you the use of the building for the entire weekend. It made the set up, rehearsal and clean up so much easier and less stressful. Georgetown itself is a beautiful place and made for an amazing backdrop. I can’t recommend this wonderful venue enough!”

“My wife and I held our wedding reception at the Winyah Indigo Society Hall in April of 2018. From the very beginning of our planning process, the onsite representative was extremely helpful and communicative. The Winyah Society Hall allowed us many freedoms when it came to decorating and planning for our event. We never had an issue gaining access to the venue prior to the event to meet caterers, florists, etc. It is truly the best wedding venue here in Georgetown and I would not change one aspect about the entire event.”

“This was a wonderful venue for us! We did both the ceremony and reception here which is not very common, but it went wonderfully. Our wedding was in the middle of July with about 200 guests, and the venue never got hot!! Not only was the building breathtaking, the owners were wonderful to work with. “Winyah Indigo Hall was exactly what we were looking for for our wedding. It’s intrinsic character doesn’t require much added decoration. It was plenty of room for our 150+ guests for our wedding. And having the elevator and upstairs bathroom made it perfect for anyone we invited. Suzanne was great to work with and really went the extra mile for us. We would recommend this venue to anyone!”
